An improved version of Aquilegia chyrsantha, Yellow Queen's extraordinary flowers have two tiers of buttercup yellow petals up front and long spurs behind. All floats on tall stems above bushy fern-like foliage. It's also fragrant. 

It will self seed but might not come true.
